Sweet Potato and Kimchi Quesadilla (vegetarian) – Slow roasted and mashed sweet potato with Korean style fermented cabbage, cheese and jalapeno jam (pictured above)

Matcha Chia Pudding (vegan, gluten free) – Topped with granola, toasted coconut flakes and blueberries

Chickpea Spinach Pancakes (vegan, gluten free) – With hummus, tomato, lentil salsa and green chutney (pictured below)
