Join us for a carefully curated evening celebrating soft, freshly steamed bao buns, thoughtfully prepared and inspired by flavours from across the globe. Chef Jon brings his distinctive approach to this pop-up, combining comfort, creativity and bold seasoning in every dish.
The menu will feature a selection of inventive baos, including the much-anticipated Brinner Bao, alongside flavourful sides such as scallion pancakes. Guests may also be among the first to experience JFC — Jon’s Fried Chicken, making its potential debut on the night.
A carefully selected range of wines will be available to complement the menu, alongside our usual selection of craft beers, creating a relaxed and sociable atmosphere throughout the evening.
