We recommend you get your bike serviced after the first 6-8 weeks, allowing for new cable stretch to settle. The first service is free, and then we are always here to support your journey as a new bike owner.

Making sure you pick the right bike matters, so we always suggest taking one for a test ride first. It helps with sizing and lets you feel the quality.
