Known for its well-engineered, safety-focused, yet good-looking design, Benno makes our favourite mid-tail cargo bikes.

Kid Carrying Capabilities

Benno designs its cargo bikes to grow with your family. The innovative rear utility racks can be fitted with two* child seats (for children 9 months to 6 years) or, two* bench-style seat pads with safety rails (for children 5+), or even one of each*. There is plenty of space for passengers, but with racks and panniers equipped, you can carry everything you need for a family adventure day.

*Benno Boost and Benno Remi Demi XL Models are designed to carry two children. The Remi Demi and 46er are designed to carry one child.

A dog's best friend

Benno cargo bikes are fantastic for transporting your furry friend. Sturdy and sizable front racks allow smaller (under 15kg) dogs to sit on the front of a Benno, whereas the larger rear utility rack can carry much larger dogs with the right set-up. Book a 1-1- test ride for hands-on experience of the Benno Bike range

Deciding which cargo bike is best for you is an important decision. Where possible, customers should always test-ride the options they are considering. You will be able to book 1 to 1 test rides with our team of bike experts, including representatives from Benno. This will allow you to try cycling any of the Benno cargo bike options you are interested in and to ask any questions to help inform your decision. Our demo day location is on tarmac but away from the road, meaning riders of all abilities will be comfortable test-riding bikes. Each slot is 20 minutes long, allowing you plenty of time to test ride the Benno range and ask any questions. If you need more time or would just like to turn up and test ride on the day, the whole range will be available from 9:30 ‘til 14:30.

Planning to Test Ride?

We’ve put together Benno’s rider information pack here, it has important safety information so we recommend reading it in advance. We will have helmets available for riders to borrow but where possible we recommend you bring your own.

If you have a specific time you would like to book a 1 to 1 test ride please do so here. Our bike experts will be on hand all day so feel free to turn up to test ride even if you don’t have a 1 to 1 appointment and we will be happy to help.

How to get there

The Demo Day will be held at Atorro Sports on Barrack Road. If you are travelling from Southbourne, head down Pokesdown Hill, over Iford roundabout and then the entrance is on the left just after crossing Iford Bridge but before Dolphin Motorhomes.
