This bike is perfect to be used as a hard-wearing commuter ready to be taken on some weekend adventures. Kitted out with a Shimano dynamo hub and a Bosch + Muller ONEFIVE front light along with SKS aluminium mudguards (with built-in rear light) the Grandurance RD 5 can handle the British weather all year round. This is why we believe the Grandurance is one of the best bikes for commuting on the market.
Bergamont, notorious for not cutting corners on their complete bike’s, have used full Syncros finishing kit including lightly flared bars as well as Schwalbe G-One tyres, making it ready for the gravel trails of the New Forest as well as your winter commute.
The Shimano 2×9 Sora groupset with external bottom bracket and STI shifters is a great entry-level set up for any commuting bike and and prepared for exploring on the weekend.
