It's Lockdown 2.0 and the weather is getting worse but we have a ray of hope in these dark times: Velo Supplies, bringing you a selection of some of our in house made preserves to get you through winter.
At Velo Domestique we have always created our dishes from scratch, this includes dressings, sauces and jams, if you find it on our menu, we've likely made it from start to finish.
We're excited to now be open for sit in coffee and food. However for those of you who can’t make it as much as you’d like, we have now released a range of our own made supplies ready for you to take home or order online.

Jalapeno Jam
Made in house our very own jalapeño jam, made popular around the globe by sitting on top of our world famous Breakfast Burrito.
A dollop of this sweet shimmering spiced jam will light up any dish when cooking at home.

Our Jalapeno Jam has been rocking people's tastebuds for over four years now, the sweet, sticky spice that adds a kick to any dish was made famous sat on top of our Breakfast Burrito. Produces slowly to give it it's thicker consistency as well as deep flavour; this classic is at home in any condiment enthusiast's fridge.
Kimchi
Kimchi is fermented vegetables first developed in Korea 3000 years ago as a means of preserving food that could not be grown throughout winter. Now we make it with chilli and cabbage in the kitchen of Velo Domestique and put it in a jar for you to enjoy all year round. As found inside our sweet potato, kimchi and cheese quesadillas.
Kimchi is the perfect balance of spice, saltiness and fermented cabbage, a probiotic pyramid if you will. The perfect addition to any savoury dish when cooking at home.

Over the past two years, we have been developing our kimchi recipe to serve inside our quesadillas. Kimchi is cabbage fermented with chilli and other spices synonymous with Korean cuisine. Our kimchi is crafted to cut through softer flavours like sweet potato and cheddar cheese.
Chipotle Oil
Velo Supplies made chipotle oil, found splashed over our Avocado on Sourdough as well as drizzled onto our world famous Breakfast Burrito.
This dressing will spice up your day and make any salad glisten with flavour.

This chipotle oil makes an incredible dressing to bring your salad to life or if you want to finish off a dish with a little heat. We've been using this oil to finish our Avocado on Sourdough, it completes the plate with a subtle but lasting heat. An extremely effective way to spice up even the simplest of dishes, even cheese on toast or for the more adventurous peanut butter on toast.
Chai Syrup
We’ve been perfecting our chai syrup recipe since we first opened four years ago and we’re pretty happy with the results. Now you can take a bottle home with you to warm you up on a cold evening.
Served in the bottom of a mug of warm milk or even in coffee or hot water, our Chai Syrup will addle a little spicy sweetness to your drink.
